Piaf the Songs

Eve has been touring with Piaf the Songs her highly acclaimed homage  to French singer, Edith Piaf. The company included – violinists, Fiona Barrow and Adam Summerhayes, accordionists , Eddy Jay, Murray Grainger, and Jaye Vickers, and bassist Robert Perry

‘I have always been fascinated by Edith Piaf – that despite very little attention to her appearance or staging, she managed to captivate her audience and deliver her songs and their stories so powerfully –so to make people cry.’

She has quickly become highly acclaimed for her homage to the great French singer Edith Piaf. Her uncanny vocal resemblance has won her exceptional reviews across the world.

‘I never tire of Piaf’ ‘I feel her embodiment when I put on the little black dress – her songs make me tell their story’.

Such has been the success of the Piaf the songs show that it has been booked again and again since 2000 and enjoyed great reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe 2012
